It’s a quick and straightforward procedure that allows patients to choose from various implant options, shapes, and sizes to achieve their desired results.
We primarily use an inframammary incision placed along the lower edge of the areola for optimal healing and minimal scarring. However, depending on each patient’s needs, we may also use a submammary incision in the natural breast fold. Additionally, the implants can be placed in either the retromuscular plane (behind the pectoral muscle) or the retroglandular plane (in front of the muscle), depending on the individual case.

At AmayaClinic®, we are at the forefront of advanced breast augmentation techniques, using Motiva® implants—recognized as one of the best brands in the market—ensuring implant stability and long-lasting results.
PRESERVÉ
This is an innovative approach to breast augmentation that combines cutting-edge technology with a surgical technique designed to preserve the native breast tissue, ligaments, sensitivity, and the natural anatomy of the breast.

Traditional Breast Augmentation
With over 20 years of experience in this type of surgery, our techniques are designed to achieve natural-looking results.
We use Motiva® implants, recognized as the most prestigious on the market. Thanks to their cohesive silicone gel, they offer superior shape and texture—and most importantly—ensure the best biocompatibility. These implants are available in three projections.

Low profile
for a subtle, natural-looking enhancement

Moderate profile
For a fuller yet balanced cleavage

High profile
For a rounder, more pronounced look.
At AmayaClinic®, we generally recommend moderate sizes and natural-looking results, but the final decision on breast size and shape is always up to the patient.
To facilitate this process, we ask our patients to select two photos of a braless model, with arms relaxed, that reflect their desired breast size. This allows us to achieve a highly precise approximation of their dream results.
Smaller Scars:
Incisions are minimal—approximately 2–3 cm in the inframammary fold—significantly smaller than those made in traditional approaches.
Minimal Tissue Disruption:
The technique employs specialized instruments (such as channel separators and inflatable balloons) to create the implant pocket without extensive cutting or muscle damage.
Next-Generation Implants:
We use Motiva® SmoothSilk® Ergonomix2® implants, which naturally adapt to the body’s movement and contour, providing a soft texture and reduced inflammatory response.
This technique is generally recommended for patients who:

Yes, breast augmentation can be performed without implants using fat transfer techniques, where fat is extracted from other areas of the body (such as the abdomen or thighs) and injected into the breasts to enhance volume. However, at AmayaClinic®, we do not offer this technique since the results are often subtle, and a significant portion of the transferred fat is naturally reabsorbed by the body.
A natural-looking breast augmentation depends on selecting implants that complement your body proportions and ensuring they are properly placed.
You can resume daily activities within 3 to 7 days and return to exercise after one month.
ASIA syndrome is a rare condition that can occur after the placement of implanted medical devices. It triggers an inflammatory response that may lead to fatigue, headaches, and muscle pain, potentially affecting quality of life.
Although ASIA syndrome has been linked to breast implants, its incidence is low. It’s important to note that many of its symptoms are nonspecific, which can lead to overdiagnosis and confusion in treatment.
It is recommended that patients traveling from abroad arrive three days prior to the procedure for adequate preparation.
